This style of leadership training is done through a comprehensive 360 feedback report and debrief, Hogan Personality Assessments, and finally cohort feedback to help design workplace strategies to move you from good too great as a leader.

Our Sailing SALDA presents a uniquely challenging adventure activity and contemporary leadership assessments (360 Feedback and Hogan Personality Assessments) that can meet your leadership developmental requirements. Encounter the best Lake Rotoiti has to offer aboard the luxury yacht Tiua, a stylish 53-foot catamaran. Located in proximity to Rotorua airport airport makes it an ideal location for our SALDA courses.
Rafting – Rotorua
SALDA presents a uniquely challenging adventure activity and contemporary leadership assessments (360 Feedback and Hogan Personality Assessments) that can meet your leadership developmental requirements. Rotorua is known for being the North Islands adventure capital and is the ideal setting for these courses. The Kaituna* River in Rotorua has the highest rafted waterfall in the world. Each course will be invited to accept the challenge that this unique river has to offer. Some courses will be ready to accept the challenge, with some courses not ready, which one will you be?
